The MediTech FS707WC cleanroom swab consists of a PP (polypropylene) handle and a composite foam head, bonded via a heat-press process that ensures exceptional durability and prevents tip detachment. The high-density foam head is processed in a cleanroom environment, offering exceptionally low particle generation, strong liquid absorption, and soft, non-abrasive cleaning performance.

The swabs are manufactured, packaged in high-standard cleanrooms, feature minimal particle release, and are vacuum-sealed for extended shelf life. They are widely used in demanding applications requiring precision cleaning.
